I’ve seen some really beautiful lace chokers on the internet, and I decided I would take a stab at creating one myself. To make a no-frills choker like this is really simple and doesn’t take up too much time. I simply measured and cut the lace I wanted to use, and attached chains and a hook on the ends. So if you want to try this project yourself, dive right in!
This is what the choker looks like on:
The lace I chose to use, while real pretty, wasn’t the ideal choice for this project. When cutting and heat sealing the edges, the lace broke easily and I end up having to be real gentle when putting it on. So I’m going to be on the look out for lace that’s a little more sturdy, but I still really like what this turned into and will be making more lace chokers in the future!
